RETURN & REFUND POLICY - KARUNADA JEWELLERS

At Karunada Jewellers, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT - UNBOXING VIDEO

Please ensure to record an unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package.

WITHOUT THIS VIDEO, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS.

This video serves as proof of the condition of the product upon delivery and is mandatory for all return/refund requests.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects. Our quality control team ensures that every item meets our high standards before it leaves our facility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

General Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Returns/Exchanges are ONLY accepted if:
✓ The product was damaged during transit
✓ The product has a manufacturing defect

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (DOMESTIC ORDERS)

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Notify Us Immediately
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Late notifications will not be accepted.

Step 2: Provide Evidence
Send the following to 📧 savitabenur@gmail.com:
* Clear images of the damaged item (from multiple angles)
* The unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon opening
* Your order number and contact details

Step 3: Approval Process
Our team will review your request and images/video. If your return is accepted:

Return Shipping:
* You must ship the product back to us
* Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer
* We will provide the return address once your request is approved

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Option A - Replacement:
* If the same product is in stock, we will process a replacement
* The replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost

Option B - Refund:
* If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued
* Refund will be processed to your original payment method
* Timeline: 7–12 working days after we receive the returned item
* Note: Initial shipping charges (₹90) will be deducted from the refund amount

⚠️ RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF:

✗ You do not notify us within 24 hours of delivery
✗ The unboxing video is missing or incomplete
✗ The product is found to be tampered with or used
✗ Damage appears to be caused by misuse or mishandling
✗ The product packaging is not intact

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - SPECIAL POLICY

Standard Policy:
We do not accept returns for international shipments due to the complexity of international shipping and customs regulations.

Exception for Severe Damage:
If a product is damaged beyond repair during transit:
* A return may be considered on a case-by-case basis
* You must provide the unboxing video and clear images
* Return shipping costs will NOT be covered by us
* Customs and duty charges are non-refundable
* Final decision rests with Karunada Jewellers management

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international orders.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once your return is received and inspected:

* Approved refunds are processed within 7–12 working days
* Refund will be credited to your original payment method
* Bank processing times may vary (additional 2-5 business days)
* You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:
* Customized or personalized jewelry
* Items on sale or clearance (unless defective)
* Gift cards or vouchers
* Products returned after 24 hours of delivery

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS IN SHIPMENT

If you receive:
* An incomplete order (missing items)
* Wrong product
* Significantly different product than ordered

* Photos of what you received
* Unboxing video

We will resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct item or processing an appropriate refund.
